Our trained Droperators carefully monitor and rotate dogs through our energy-specific playparks - low, mid, and high - ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for all.

Enrichment Toys and Equipment
Our toys and equipment are designed to keep your dog mentally stimulated and fully engaged all day long (with space to rest, too). Some fan favorites include durable Kong toys, enrichment puzzles, snuffle mats, and Chuckit! Balls. Your dog can also enjoy a cozy space to nap under our dog furniture or get active during agility hour. We take extra care to sanitize toys daily - or more often if needed - and continuously swap them out after each use.

Climate-Controlled Comfort
Say goodbye to scorching dog park visits and rainy day walks. Our indoor, climate-controlled environment keeps your dog comfortable and content, no matter the weather outside.

Cleaning and Sanitation
Cleanliness is our priority. Our Droperators are trained in "Cleaning Mastery," ensuring that our spaces are maintained with rigorous sanitation protocols. From daily opening and closing cleanings to continuous upkeep throughout the day, we provide a hygienic environment where your dog can thrive. We use powerful (and dog safe) neutral pH disinfectant that is effective against a broad array of pathogens including canine parvo virus and distemper, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and even TB.

Safety Gates
Our secure safety gates create a controlled, safe environment, giving you peace of mind while your pup plays. Each of our locations is equipped with a dog run or box where your dog can settle before entering the playpark. This is where we safely remove their collar, and put it back on when they're ready for pick up, ensuring a smooth transition at drop-off and pick-up.

Individual Feeding Areas
Our dedicated feeding zones ensure each dog enjoys their meals in peace. Feedings are included, and you're welcome to bring your own food. Simply label it with your dog's name, portion size, and preferred feeding time, and we'll take care of the rest. We also have house food available for purchase.

Stainless Steel Sanitized Water Bowls
Each park has access to fresh water at all times. We use stainless steel bowls because they are the safest and most hygienic option available. Stainless steel is highly recommended due to its non-porous surface, which resists bacteria and is easy to clean. Our Droperators are trained to consistently change out the water bowls, ensuring fresh water is always available. We take extra care to sanitize bowls daily - or more often if needed - and continuously swap them out, so your dog always has access to clean, safe water.

First Aid Kits on Site
In the event of an incident, all locations are equipped with first aid kits specifically catered for canines, ensuring immediate care when it's needed most.
