Located at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, Lady Baker is a small-batch artisan sourdough bakery, specialty coffeehouse, and evening wine eatery dedicated to the craft of long-fermented, naturally leavened bread. Every morning at seven, the ovens turn out crusty country sourdough loaves, focaccia, buttery croissants, cinnamon brioche rolls, and seasonal fruit galettes.
