Olive chose to join our flock when she walked into our yard when she was 4 months old. Our eyes met as I was looking out of the kitchen window. It was love at first sight. Lucky for us, she was the last of a litter of puppies belonging to a neighbor who was looking for a home for her. Four years later, our eyes are still locked on each other.
