The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.
No purchase is necessary to play or receive a reward offer. A purchase, payment, booking, donation, or affiliate action will not increase your chances of receiving a reward offer.
The promotion begins on 3/14/26 and ends on 4/14/26 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The game is scheduled to run for 30 days unless ended earlier, extended, or modified as stated in these Official Rules.
This is a free promotional rewards game. Eligible participants may scratch six blocks during a valid play. Game screens may display both prize and non-prize blocks. Each valid play is intended to reveal one available promotional reward offer, subject to availability, verification, these Official Rules, and any stated partner restrictions. Reward offers may include discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers from participating sponsors or partners. Claiming a revealed reward offer is optional. No cash alternative will be provided unless required by law.
Reward descriptions, participating partners, availability, redemption terms, and any expiration dates are determined by Broward Bark and/or the participating sponsor and may change as needed in compliance with applicable law.

BROWARD BARK SCRATCH-OFF PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW
The Broward Bark interactive scratch-off promotion, which may be marketed under names including but not limited to "Scratch & Save," "Scratch & Win," or other branding selected by Broward Bark, is operated by Case Breakers, Inc. d/b/a Broward Bark ("Broward Bark," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Broward County, Florida.
This Promotion is a no-purchase-necessary promotional campaign conducted for advertising, marketing, lead generation, and promotional purposes in connection with consumer products and services. It is not a lottery, gambling activity, casino game, or gaming operation.
Each campaign is a separate promotion and may have its own campaign-specific details, including but not limited to available prizes or offers, participating sponsors, play limits, claim deadlines, redemption terms, and campaign dates. To the extent any campaign-specific disclosure conflicts with these Official Rules, the campaign-specific disclosure will control only for that specific campaign.
By accessing, viewing, playing, participating in, or claiming any prize or offer through the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Broward Bark, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Broward Bark or any participating sponsor, advertiser, merchant, business partner, or affiliate partner are not eligible to participate or claim a prize or offer unless expressly permitted in writing by Broward Bark.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you submit is accurate, current, complete, and truthful.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY, OR CLAIM A PRIZE OR OFFER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING ANY PRIZE OR OFFER.
PROMOTION PERIOD
Each Promotion campaign will begin and end on the dates and times stated in the applicable campaign materials, landing page, scratch-off page, claim page, or related promotional materials for that campaign.
Broward Bark reserves the right to start, stop, suspend, extend, shorten, modify, or cancel a campaign at any time, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Broward Bark's designated computer systems, servers, databases, and records shall be the official timekeeping and recordkeeping devices for the Promotion.
HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS
Participants may access the Promotion through Broward Bark's website, email newsletters, SMS messages, social media, QR codes, advertisements, sponsor pages, partner pages, or other approved channels.
Each eligible play session consists of six (6) digital scratch boxes displayed on a game board.
Two (2) of the six (6) boxes display a non-winning "Try Again" message, poop symbol, or other non-winning symbol or message selected by Broward Bark.
The remaining four (4) boxes display prize options, promotional offers, discounts, coupons, products, services, gift items, gift certificates, promotional codes, sponsor-provided benefits, affiliate offers, or other Broward Bark-approved benefits that may be available for selection during that play session.
After all six (6) boxes are revealed, the participant may select one (1) of the displayed prize or offer options shown during that play session, subject to eligibility, verification, sponsor approval where applicable, availability, inventory, expiration, redemption conditions, and these Official Rules.
The location, sequence, arrangement, wording, symbols, and display positions of scratch boxes, non-winning messages, and prize or offer options may vary from play session to play session and from campaign to campaign.
Broward Bark may rotate, vary, add, remove, substitute, reorder, or discontinue available prize or offer options between campaigns or in future play sessions, subject to applicable law.
The display of any prize or offer during a play session does not guarantee final approval, availability, redemption, or fulfillment. All prize and offer claims remain subject to verification, sponsor participation, available inventory, expiration, campaign limits, eligibility, and these Official Rules.
PLAY LIMITS
Unless otherwise stated by Broward Bark for a specific campaign, Broward Bark reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose, modify, enforce, or limit participation based on any play frequency or eligibility standard it determines appropriate, including but not limited to limits per person, per email address, per mobile number, per household, per device, per IP address, per day, per session, per campaign, or any combination thereof.
Broward Bark reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to apply, enforce, modify, or supplement play limits for any campaign using browser data, session data, device identifiers, account history, geolocation, repeat activity, anti-fraud signals, or any other verification, security, or fraud-prevention methods Broward Bark deems appropriate.
Any attempt to exceed play limits or circumvent the intended operation of the Promotion, including by using multiple identities, multiple email addresses, multiple phone numbers, device resets, scripts, bots, fake accounts, VPNs, proxies, false information, or similar methods, may result in disqualification, voided plays, cancellation of claims, and permanent ineligibility from current or future Broward Bark promotions.
PRIZES, OFFERS, SPONSORS, AND FULFILLMENT
Prizes and offers displayed in the Promotion may include, without limitation, coupons, discounts, services, products, gift certificates, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate offers, sponsor promotions, event tickets, merchandise, samples, or similar benefits.
Many prizes and offers are intended for use in Florida or South Florida only and may be subject to local geographic redemption limits, service areas, or in-person use requirements set by Broward Bark or the applicable Sponsor.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Broward Bark, all prizes and offers are provided, funded, administered, redeemed, and fulfilled solely by the applicable third-party sponsor, advertiser, merchant, business, or affiliate partner (each a "Sponsor").
Broward Bark does not manufacture, stock, store, ship, insure, redeem, honor, guarantee, administer, or fulfill any Sponsor-provided prize or offer.
Each Sponsor is solely responsible for its own prize or offer, including without limitation value, quantity, availability, blackout dates, service areas, expiration, scheduling, appointment requirements, redemption rules, customer service, legal compliance, taxes, merchantability, fitness, performance, inventory, and fulfillment.
If a Sponsor refuses, fails, delays, limits, changes, withdraws, or is unable to honor any prize or offer for any reason, Broward Bark shall have no obligation to provide any substitute, replacement, reimbursement, cash equivalent, refund, or compensation, unless Broward Bark elects to do so in its sole discretion.
Prizes and offers are not transferable, assignable, returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated by the applicable Sponsor or required by law.
CLAIMING A PRIZE OR OFFER
To claim a displayed prize or offer, a participant must complete the applicable claim form and submit any required information within the time period stated in the campaign materials, landing page, or claim page.
Required information may include, without limitation, the participant's name, email address, mobile number, city, and any other information reasonably requested for verification, fraud prevention, claim processing, lead delivery, redemption, or fulfillment.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval, confirmation, redemption, or fulfillment.
Broward Bark reserves the right to verify identity, eligibility, age, location, play history, form accuracy, and compliance with these Official Rules before approving, forwarding, confirming, or processing any claim.
Any claim may be denied, voided, canceled, rejected, or withheld if Broward Bark determines, in its sole discretion, that the claim is incomplete, inaccurate, false, duplicate, late, fraudulent, abusive, automated, manipulated, suspicious, or otherwise violates these Official Rules or applicable law.
If a participant does not timely complete the claim process, does not provide requested information, does not respond to follow-up verification, is found ineligible, or does not meet sponsor redemption requirements, the claim may be forfeited without further notice.
SPONSOR LEAD SHARING AND CLAIM DATA
By submitting a claim for any Sponsor-provided prize or offer, you expressly acknowledge, consent, and agree that the information you submit in connection with that claim, which may include your name, email address, mobile number, city, and any other information you provide, may be shared by Broward Bark with the applicable Sponsor, advertiser, merchant, business, or affiliate partner associated with the claimed prize or offer.
You understand and agree that your submitted information may be used by the applicable Sponsor for prize or offer redemption, scheduling, booking, appointment coordination, confirmation, customer service, fulfillment, lead follow-up, related communications, and other lawful purposes permitted under that Sponsor's own policies and applicable law.
Once your information is shared with a Sponsor, that Sponsor is independently responsible for its own privacy, security, data handling, retention, communication, marketing, compliance, and recordkeeping practices. Broward Bark does not control and is not responsible for a Sponsor's separate use, storage, sharing, sale, disclosure, transfer, processing, or security of your information after it has been provided to that Sponsor.
If you do not want your information shared with the applicable Sponsor, do not submit a claim for that Sponsor's prize or offer.
EMAIL, SMS, AND COMMUNICATIONS
Broward Bark may send transactional, administrative, or service-related communications concerning your play session, claim status, verification, redemption steps, or claim processing.
By participating in the Promotion or submitting contact information in connection with it, you agree that Broward Bark may send you emails about your play session, claims, future games, promotions, offers, newsletters, sponsor opportunities, local business offers, and related Broward Bark updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting Broward Bark.
If you separately consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages from Broward Bark, message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and you may opt out using the opt-out instructions provided in the message or by any other reasonable method permitted by applicable law.
Sponsors may separately contact you after receiving your claim information as described in these Official Rules. Broward Bark is not responsible for Sponsor communications, sponsor consent practices, sponsor opt-out handling, or sponsor compliance with separate marketing laws and policies.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Some displayed prizes, offers, links, or promotions may include affiliate links or affiliate relationships. Broward Bark may receive a commission, referral fee, advertising fee, or other compensation if you click, purchase, register, redeem, schedule, or complete a qualifying action with an affiliate partner or merchant.
Any affiliate relationship does not alter these Official Rules and does not create any duty by Broward Bark to manufacture, provide, guarantee, or fulfill any affiliate product or service. All affiliate products and services are provided solely by the applicable merchant or partner.
TECHNICAL ISSUES AND PROMOTION INTEGRITY
Broward Bark is not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, garbled, misdirected, failed, or malfunctioning play sessions, forms, claims, websites, pages, mobile services, browsers, software, hardware, devices, systems, networks, internet connections, transmissions, or communications.
If, in Broward Bark's sole discretion, the Promotion or any part of it is compromised by bug, virus, outage, attack, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, human error, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause that impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, intended operation, or lawful conduct of the Promotion, Broward Bark may suspend, modify, cancel, terminate, restart, or void affected plays or claims, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DISQUALIFICATION AND VOID CLAIMS
Broward Bark may disqualify any participant and void any play or claim if Broward Bark believes that the participant has:
- a. violated these Official Rules
- b. submitted false, misleading, or incomplete information
- c. used automated means, scripts, bots, or multiple identities
- d. interfered with the operation or security of the Promotion
- e. engaged in abusive, deceptive, unlawful, threatening, or fraudulent conduct
- f. attempted to exploit a bug, loophole, vulnerability, or error
- g. attempted to misuse any prize or offer
- h. attempted to bypass any limit, verification step, or anti-fraud control
TAXES AND EXPENSES
Any federal, state, or local taxes, reporting obligations, transportation costs, service fees, gratuities, appointment fees, booking costs, or other expenses associated with acceptance, scheduling, use, or redemption of any prize or offer are the sole responsibility of the participant and not Broward Bark.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Broward Bark, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- a. your participation in the Promotion
- b. your use of or inability to use any prize or offer
- c. your dealings, communications, appointments, scheduling, transactions, or disputes with any Sponsor
- d. any act, omission, product, service, delay, refusal, cancellation, denial, unavailability, expiration, or fulfillment issue by any Sponsor
- e. any personal injury, property damage, privacy issue, data issue, business loss, revenue loss, or other harm connected with the Promotion or any claimed prize or offer, to the fullest extent permitted by law
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broward Bark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to the Promotion, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broward Bark's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
If any jurisdiction does not permit certain limitations of liability, Broward Bark's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
NO WARRANTY
The Promotion and all related pages, content, forms, play experiences, and claim tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Broward Bark makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, legality, value, usability, or fulfillment of any prize, offer, Sponsor, merchant, service, or product.
ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules, any claimed prize or offer, or any communication relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You and Broward Bark waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, representative action, private attorney general action, consolidated action, coordinated action, or jury trial.
Any arbitration hearing shall take place in Broward County, Florida, unless the applicable arbitration rules require otherwise or the parties agree otherwise.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if that claim qualifies.
If any portion of this arbitration or class action waiver provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and any dispute relating to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent preempted or superseded by federal law.
PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to Broward Bark's Privacy Policy, if any, as updated from time to time, except that claim data shared with Sponsors is also subject to the applicable Sponsor's separate privacy practices and policies.
By participating in the Promotion, and especially by submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be collected, stored, reviewed, processed, and shared as described in these Official Rules.
RECORDS AND COMPLIANCE
Broward Bark may maintain records of participation, claims, winners, prize selections, play sessions, verification activity, and related promotional activity as Broward Bark deems appropriate for operational, legal, security, fraud-prevention, customer-service, and compliance purposes.
SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Broward Bark's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
NO AGENCY OR ENDORSEMENT
Each Sponsor is an independent third party and is not the employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, legal representative, or insurer of Broward Bark.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Broward Bark does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any Sponsor, Sponsor product, Sponsor service, Sponsor business, or Sponsor offer.
