Dog Park at Emerald Hills Lakes Park is a popular fenced off-leash dog park set beside a tranquil lake in the Emerald Hills neighborhood of Hollywood. Operated by the City of Hollywood Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts, the facility features a secure double-gated entry system and two separate chain-link enclosures for large dogs and small dogs over natural grass and mulch play surfaces.

Inside the off-leash compounds, dogs and handlers benefit from canine drinking fountains, a dog-wash rinse station, shaded benches, mature shade trees, and pet-waste bag stations. Outside the fenced dog runs, Emerald Hills Lakes Park offers free paved parking, restrooms, shaded picnic pavilions, a playground, and a scenic paved walking path looping around the lake where dogs are welcome on a six-foot non-retractable leash.

Admission and parking at Dog Park at Emerald Hills Lakes Park are 100 percent free, and the park operates daily from sunrise to sunset. City of Hollywood dog-park rules require all visiting dogs to be at least four months old, wear a collar with current rabies vaccination and county license tags, and remain leashed when entering and exiting the double-gated vestibule. Aggressive dogs, female dogs in heat, and glass containers are prohibited, and handlers must clean up pet waste immediately. After an active off-leash play session inside the fenced grass runs, handlers can take a relaxing leashed cooldown walk around the scenic neighborhood lake.
